Sally Holdgate Architecture

Sally Holdgate Architecture is a Hamilton and Auckland based boutique studio, founded in 2020 by director Sally Holdgate, working across residential, education and commercial projects throughout New Zealand.

Sally brings twenty years' experience across New Zealand, Australia and the UK, having worked as Principal Architect, Design Manager, and business owner before founding the practice. A Registered Architect with the New Zealand Registered Architects Board, she's known equally for design quality and technical delivery, resource and building consents, construction observation, and contract administration, meaning projects are as buildable as they are beautiful.

The practice has a particular reputation in the education sector, and works alongside a trusted circle of consultants and subconsultants suited to each project. Many clients return for a second or third build.
