Pre Purchase Roofing Inspections

Are you looking at buying an old home and feel the roof may need attention? You should always hire a building inspector to write a full report on the building, but they generally are not qualified for roofing. We can do a pre-purchase roof inspection so you can have peace of mind.

We understand that renovating can be a very stressful process and when it comes to doing the roof and spouting we strive to make it run as smoothly and worry free as possible.
