Over the years we have worked closely with William and his team on a number of projects. We found William to be a great collaborator with a natural ability to foster a close, trusting working relationship, both with us as clients and as leader of the extended project team.

He is able to quickly understand and interpret a brief, offering guidance and foresight to communicate the design process and how best to achieve the desired commercial results.

William and I worked together on a commercial project under a design-build oriented contract. LEP were involved early on in the process, working closely with the Taylored team to procure and deliver the project.

I’ve worked with William and the Taylored team on a wide variety of projects: industrial new builds, commercial renovations and extensions, beach house concepts, along with more recently, an extensive residential rebuild. Whilst the end result of Taylored’s commitment to great design and hard work is always something to be proud of, it is the process, the journey, that we find most enjoyable. Considering the context, creating the brief, sharing the knowledge and feeling a part of the actual outcome. That is where the fun is and where real value is added.

The depth of knowledge the team demonstrates, outside of the typical design parameters, is what we find so valuable. Planning considerations, council, funding options, potential returns, sales targets, buildability, products and how long things might take, are all part of the package when you work with the Taylored crew.
