TEAM Architects Auckland

We’re design and client driven with every project, with a strong focus on finding pragmatic and enduring design solutions that deliver long term benefits. Our Auckland team regularly undertakes projects across New Zealand. The TEAM Architects NZ wide network allows us to increase capacity, bring in specific capabilities and offer on-the-ground support for projects almost anywhere in New Zealand.

Through many years in business, our broad project knowledge and experience, and our expert team keep us in touch and informed on current issues and innovations in our industry.

We understand the economics

Every construction project happens within an economic context. It can also be something greater than just the sum of its parts. Our job is to understand that context and respond to it with something remarkable, bringing our best expertise and resources to the table. That way, we can optimise the economic opportunity for the benefit of our clients, their communities, and future generations.

We’re environmentally aware

The environmental impact of what we do matters. On every project we explore ways to achieve better environmental outcomes with both immediate and long-term effect. At TEAM we believe the most successful approach to generating an environmentally conscious design outcome, is to have those specialist skills within our design team and to keep our sustainability objectives at the forefront of a project from concept to completion.

We also know that sustainable design is greater than simply minimising environmental impact. A sustainable building is good for people’s mental and physical wellbeing, sits well within the local ecology, is built from low impact materials, generates minimal waste over its lifetime and is designed for efficiency. When we get this balance right, we create sustainable, resilient spaces, built to be durable and enduring.

We’re trusted to deliver

Client relationships are at the heart of our work. TEAM Architects Auckland have fostered long standing relationships with a range of clients from private homeowners through to large scale commercial and residential developers. Critical to these relationships are our robust systems, our frank approach to communication, and our core values.
