The products are beautiful and the service we received was impeccable, second to none. The staff were so helpful and nice, nothing was too difficult. They managed to get our tapware to us, from the warehouse, in less than 24 hours. I ordered late in the afternoon and we had it the next morning, the final day of open trading before the Covid19 lockdown. We couldn't believe the level of customer service. It would have been far easier to say it was too hard. We are a first-time customer but I will be a returning customer, as I am so impressed with the product and outstanding service.
