Karepiro Drive is a commercial block of units. Ze Build upgraded a 3-unit commercial block to a 9-unit commercial block with a single residential unit upstairs. Once again, their work was of an extremely high standard, and they demonstrated excellent project management skills, ensuring that the project was completed on time and within budget. We were particularly impressed with their ability to work around the needs of our tenants, ensuring that disruption to their businesses was kept to an absolute minimum.

Overall, we would highly recommend Ze Build to anyone in need of a quality building company. Their work is of the highest standard, and they demonstrate a commitment to customer service that is truly impressive. We look forward to working with them again on future projects.

When we looked to embark on our large renovation, we spent a long time on the due diligence of selecting the right builder that we could work with and who really understood what we wanted to get out of the project. From the initial meeting with Zane and follow up meetings with the team, various trades etc we were impressed with the commitment and proactive approach to understanding exactly what we wanted. Right from those initial meetings it was clear that Ze Build shared our enthusiasm and wanted to work with us to make the project a success. We spent a long time going over the approach, timings, and costings, working with our architect to ensure there was a clear view from all sides on what we wanted to achieve, what was practical and how we could manage our budget. Zane and the team worked patiently and helped give solutions to move forward with confidence.

Upon commencement it was clear that the due diligence and working together had paid off. We have a great team on the build with Blake Mackay overseeing the work onsite with the team of Will, Josh, and Scott. Our project manager, Leesin Stockman keeps everything finally tuned and most importantly for us communicates regularly and proactively on activities and especially around decisions and adjustments, we couldn’t have asked for a better fit to working with us. What has also been extremely good is the interactions with the various subcontractors, our BMH Earthworks team led by Nathan, the Ze Spark and Ze Plumb team have all connected really well and every time they are on-site they are coordinated, they know us and what our project is all about. Even external trades know our core team from various works, or being local on the coast and it has made it a very smooth process.

From our initial meetings with Zane to everyone else involved we continue to be impressed at the professionalism and commitment to the outcome, the work is done to highest standard, the pace is fast and most of all we feel very there is a real team approach in working with us. The trust and respect in the Ze Build team has meant we have been able to live onsite throughout and they have accommodated that seamlessly without the project plan or works being impacted.
