A heritage-listed 1880s home showcasing advanced Custom Integration technology while respecting its historical integrity, featuring solid brick walls and unique architectural challenges.

When the client asked the question “ What don’t I have that you think I need?” It opens up a world of options in the Custom Integration realm. Anything implemented in a heritage listed overlay needs to be extremely respectful of the home and is not an easy task to complete, Solid brick walls old cavity spaces and limited access means all the skills you have acquired throughout the years is put to the test!

We have maintained and upgraded the technology in this home for over 10 years and with its latest Custom Integration technology upgrade we have been offered to be showcased by the American based Nortek Group and have decided to enter this amazing project into the CEDIA awards.
