Introduction

Our building partners were entrusted with a captivating project—a luxurious apartment renovation in the sought-after Lower North Shore. This remarkable transformation turned a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom property into a lavish 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom haven, setting new standards for urban living.

Architect's Vision

The architect we enlisted for this project articulated the core objectives succinctly:

"Alterations were made to better utilise floor area, expanding the living spaces to maximise access to Northern light and allowing for an unobstructed connection to the kitchen, in which tones and textures were kept subtle to elegantly frame the apartment’s harbour views. Additionally, particular attention was paid to planning the apartment’s Eastern end, taking advantage of generous light & ventilation and introducing a spacious master suite."

The first goal was to optimize the available floor area. We reimagined and expanded the living spaces to embrace abundant Northern light.
