A timeless waterfront oasis. Designed by Wanaka architect Sarah Scott this family home is constructed of solid masonry, creating deep reveals and walls up to 350mm thick. The clear sealed exterior plaster finish, Purpleheart hardwood structures and Tasmanian oak sarking showcase the high level of detail and workmanship recognised in the 2014 house of the year awards.
