Peter Connor Building Consultants transformed a classic dwelling on the Mid North Coast into a contemporary home with breathtaking ocean views. The Trevaskis family wanted to open up their home to maximize light and capture the stunning coastal views. We redesigned the property to create a direct connection between the interior and exterior spaces focused on the available ocean views, resulting in a bold design statement.

This residential extension project was carefully crafted to meet the client's needs and desires, with an emphasis on creating an open and light feel. The end result was a stunning blend of contemporary design with breathtaking ocean views. Peter Connor Building Consultants is proud that the project was awarded a 'Winner Renovations / Additions $750,000 - $1.5 mil' by HIA Hunter Region in 2022 for this remarkable project.
