This concept design of masterplan development is located in Ampang, Malaysia.   

The master planning takes references from Ampang’s rich history of mining tin ore, an elegant form shaped by stepping terraces and transformed by regenerative greenery.  

Inspired by the mesmerizing mineral - Cassiterite, the façade design is a juxtaposition and interplay of faceted fragments and soft corners of dark crystalline forms and light projecting edges.  

This mixed-use twin tower is featuring residential, ground-floor retail and commercial, a sports centre, a multi-level car park and communal facilities on the podium top which is circulated by scenic landscape design.
