This award-winning home renovation was an ambitious project; after all, adding a basement to your house is no small feat. Yet, Renovation Partner Mark Morrison pulled it off brilliantly. This Wellington property now features a new basement level along with entirely revitalised interior and exterior living spaces. Notable improvements include the kitchen’s new stone benchtops, upgrades to the home’s heating system, and the Mātai wood flooring installed throughout. “Jenelle Winstanley was the lead on our project and she very much gave us 110%. She communicated well, was in touch with regular updates and kept things rolling and on track. She was really approachable and friendly and always willing to be available whenever we needed her. Going the extra mile appears to be her default setting. I cannot fault her support, attention to detail and her enthusiasm for our project. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends.”
