Ardel Display Home

Completed in 2025, the Ardel Display Home presents a refined expression of contemporary residential architecture, balancing material warmth with considered environmental design. Timber ceilings lend depth and character to the interiors, while detailed joinery demonstrates a meticulous approach to craftsmanship, integrating practical requirements within a cohesive architectural composition.  Passive solar design underpins the home’s approach to comfort, complemented by hydronic heating to support a welcoming internal environment throughout the cooler months. Together, these elements establish a sophisticated residence in which architectural distinction and everyday liveability are given equal consideration.  The project received the 2026 Master Builders Victoria award for Best Display Home $1M–$2M, recognising its achievement within the premium residential sector.
