Experience the elegance of Art Deco design in this project - Art Deco Waterfront. Situated in a unique location with breathtaking views of the lake, this stunning home showcases the perfect blend of luxury and functionality. The homeowners, who love to entertain, required a larger kitchen to fulfill their culinary dreams. Walls were moved to create a spacious kitchen with dedicated zones for baking, cooking, and brewing delicious coffees.
With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, every inch of this house was carefully planned and designed to perfection. The ensuite bathroom features a luxurious freestanding bath and a custom mirror cabinet, adding a touch of sophistication to the space. The intricate details inspired by the Art Deco era, such as inlays of art deco motifs in the walnut cabinets, create a truly unique and stylish atmosphere.
Completed in 2018, this project is a testament to our commitment to creating exceptional living spaces. We are based in the Central North Island which makes it easy for us to travel around the North Island to your site location. That's not to say we rule out working on projects in the South Island when the opportunity comes along.
