The project showcase a new typology of 3 storey residential townhouse design as a response to the new normal that allows for greater separation between living spaces. The ground floor can be converted into a home office or quarantine zone with private access to backyard space. The First-floor kitchen, living & dining area also separate access to the balcony and outdoor space.
