Welcome to Ascot Vale, a stunning project completed in 2025 that exemplifies the perfect blend of style and function for your small home. At Hue and Space, we understand that your kitchen is the heart of your home, and not everyone can afford (or wants) a complete demolition and rebuild. We refaced the cabinets, added new hardware to the kitchen, and created a new lighting design for the kitchen and dining space. We added window shutters and new furniture, and designed and installed the gallery wall. There are great before-and-after photos on our website; click on one of the photos to take a look. Our client loved concrete counters, so she installed them herself.

Professional Reviews

“Jan from Hue and Space Design Studio performed admirably by transforming an open area into a functional meeting and gathering space. The design seamlessly integrated a kitchenette and ample storage, aligning perfectly with our requirements. Jan not only grasped our brief but also swiftly presented a concept and delivered drawings in just a couple of days. Her responsiveness and listening capacity made collaborating with her an absolute pleasure.”
