Thoughtfully restored Mid Century waterfront residence, blending modern upgrades with the original charm of the 1970s.
This iconic Mid Century gem had not been touched since its creation in the 70’s. The new owner's brief was that the residence needed restoring and a much-needed upgrade, whilst retaining the integrity of its place in time. Treading lightly, and considering its waterfront setting Farrugia Design has transformed the interior and exterior of this truly magnificent property.
