“We were very fortunate to have 3D Builders build our beautiful home and business, Te Arai Retreat on Te Arai Farm Estate. From the beginning we really liked Trev and Kate and particularly their enthusiasm to see our dream and vision through with the detail in our build. We loved the fact that they were a team and we felt very comfortable talking to either of them at anytime during the build. As much as we had an architect, it was Trev’s practical advice and experience that set us on the right path in the beginning. Being in Auckland and our build was one and a half hours away, we needed to be assured that who we got to build the property could project manage everything but also bring us into the loop all the time. We found their professionalism and attention to detail second to none. Their website build programme gave us complete transparency so we could see costs etc but also it alerted us to when we had to make decisions on certain things or if there were extra costs to what was quoted. All of the subcontractors that 3D use were fantastic and easy to deal with through Trev and Kate. The build is of the highest quality; there is nothing we can fault and we are grateful for a beautiful high level home that is enjoyed by so many.”
