Family bach designed with a twin gabled extension, featuring a sunlit kitchen, outdoor dining area with pizza oven, and seamless access to a deck overlooking the lawn and ocean, just 20m from the beach.
A beautiful setting for a family bach 20m from the high tide mark with a lawn down to the sandy beach. A twin gabled extension was designed to provide needed room for the growing family and grand children. The new kitchen opens to the afternoon sun outdoor dining area with a pizza oven. The open plan opens out onto a deck serving the living room and the master bedroom and onto the lawn and the beckoning ocean harbour.
