We undertook the following renovation project in baulkham hills (hills district) in MARCH 2017. We had the entire project completed by May 2017.

THE PROJECT INCLUDED THE FOLLOWING TASKS

Demolition Work: Removal of walls and the installation of structural beams
Gyprocking: Ceilings, Walls and Cornice
Services: Re-installation of Electrical and Plumbing
Floor Repairs: Installation of replacement floorboards after wall removal + Sanding, staining and polishing
Kitchen - Removal and Installation
Painting - Walls & Ceilings

This major renovation work really transformed this 40-year-old red-brick home into an open plan living area that is comparable to any new build. The large kitchen and stained (black japan) timber floors add tasteful modern elements to the renovation.
