This villa was situated in a great location and the family was needing more space without moving out of the desired zone. House Lifters lifted the house to create a 2.7m high basement which really resulted in the house becoming a functional 2 storey house. The house once finished was like a seamless 2 storey original villa but renovated to a high quality new home feel.
