To use the words of NZ Herald: "Whether you're dining in a restaurant or a hospital, chances are much of the food on your plate got there thanks to distribution company Bidfood."
Bidfood's Invercargill distribution centre provides the company with 500 square metres of (double story) office space and 3500 square metres of storage, with some of the produce housed in chillers and freezers. The mechanical aspect of freezers and chillers was especially complex and interesting, but despite the challenges, the project finished to schedule and on budget.
