Barry Stewart Builders have been at the forefront of the Southern region's building industry since the 1980s. With a dedicated team of carpenters, hammer hands and apprentices; and highly experienced management team of quantity surveyors, construction managers and administrators, we work with clients, architects and engineers to provide the very latest and proven ideas on modern living and commercial environments.

Our collection of available house designs includes 60+ downloadable floor plans. If you are looking for something more special still, our in-house architectural designer Neil McMillan can take you all the way from initial design through to construction.

We are certified builders of Passive Houses: super-efficient, super-insulated homes borne out of European design. We offer our services through our eHaus alliance who provide PassivHaus certification.
