Billingham is a two-storey dwelling with a garage. The dwelling embraces its location on a grassy plain where the form of the dwelling stretches across it like a picturesque landscape. Natural materials are also used in design to represent the different natural elements found in nature. Stone retaining walls are designed for the dwelling to allow for the cutting of the slope, while preventing soil erosion. It also adds a simple, textured, rustic feel to the dwelling. Charred silvertop ash timber cladding adds to the rusticity of the exterior.
