Bistrot Bisou at Hotel Indigo Melbourne captures Flinders Lane’s creative spirit with interiors inspired by the city’s rag trade heritage. Featuring Havwoods’ Mayne timber flooring and bespoke joinery in Ermont PurePanel Veneer, the vibrant restaurant layers texture, warmth, and design detail for an unforgettable hospitality experience.
