Hemmens Building was engaged to deliver a full renovation and extension of this Buff Point property, with a strong focus on open-plan living, durable materials, and a clean, coastal aesthetic. The result is a beautifully practical space tailored to the needs of a growing family.

Project Highlights

• Rear Extension & Open Plan Living: We extended the rear of the home to create a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area — the new heart of the home.
• Custom Kitchen & Study Nook: Modern finishes and a custom-designed layout provide generous storage and work-from-home flexibility.
• Timber Deck: A new outdoor entertaining area connects seamlessly with the living space, enhancing flow between indoors and out.
• Striking Cladding: We used James Hardie Stria and FC panels with Extent aluminium trims to achieve a sharp, modern exterior that suits the coastal setting.
• New Carport: A Versiclad-insulated carport was added for everyday functionality and protection.
• Floating Floors: Durable, family-friendly floating flooring was laid throughout key internal zones.
