California Love: A classic Californian bungalow completed in 2022, featuring exquisite craftsmanship, spacious open-plan living, and multiple outdoor areas, designed for family comfort and enjoyment.

Introducing California Love—a Californian bungalow that oozes charm and character! Andrew and Hannah Grey's delightful weatherboard home packs a traditional punch with decorative craftsmanship, high studs, wide hallways and a bay window. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom, open plan living home, has a separate double garage, and is the perfect abode for their family. The comfy 198m2 spread combined with the three separate outdoor covered living areas, creates a sense of space and allows the family to enjoy all aspects of the surrounding rural life. It’s the perfect home to make lasting memories with their family and friends.

Completed in 2022, California Love is Andrew and Hannah’s classic Californian Bungalow style dream home. The cherry on top came a year later, when the build brought home multiple awards at the Master Builders House of the Year 2023 Competition. As both the owner and builder, Andrew was able to showcase his superior craftsmanship, with meticulous detailing and custom cabinetry throughout the interior of their house. This ultimately nabbed them both the Category Gold Award and Regional Gold Award.
