A timeless apartment-style home nestled into the hills overlooking Christchurch. A series of carefully positioned built forms have been thoughtfully arranged to maximise the surrounding views, creating a strong connection between the architecture and its setting.
At the heart of the home, a single piece of folded steel has been crafted into a striking staircase, suspended elegantly from the ceiling and becoming a sculptural feature within the space.
Designed for effortless living, this is a home that offers the comfort and permanence of a private residence, with the convenience of an apartment. The perfect place to live, lock up, and leave.
