The Linkway House. Bold cantilevers. Floating wings. A silhouette that refuses to blend in. Completed in 2025 in rural Canterbury, this is contemporary design at its most confident. For this young family, the dream was never just a house. It was mornings on a North Canterbury lifestyle block, room to grow, and a home built around the people and the connections that matter most. The result is a place you don't just live in. It's a place you never quite want to leave.

Professional Reviews

“To Mark, Ali, Rick, Mike, Brad, James and all the Metzger workers and subcontractors. It has been a pleasure having you build my house. I have always had confidence in your quality of workmanship and expert knowledge. You have always been approachable and communicated promptly. You have been flexible and organised and always had my best interests at heart. You have gone above and beyond the necessary work. I would thoroughly recommend you to anyone building a house. Thank you so much.”
