This multi-residential project is within an existing heritage-listed building in Kirribilli.
Converting a run-down back-packers hostel Utz-Sanby designed 7 two-storey apartments with an abundance of natural light and ventilation. These apartments capitalise on the height of the existing pitched roofs, and other unique features such as bay windows, existing vegetation and views.
