Cascade House

Cascade House is a refined reimagining of a traditional Victorian Paddington home — where thoughtful design and bold materiality come together to enhance modern family life. Working within the original envelope, the renovation opened the interiors, improving flow, functionality and connection to the outdoors. The original heritage façade, with its distinctive gables, was retained, maintaining the home’s historic presence in the streetscape. Inside, custom finishes, rich colours and layered details reflect the clients’ personality and love of design. A true example of Modify’s integrated design and build approach — delivering spaces that are both timeless and tailored.
