Clad in a combination of Central Otago schist, Western red cedar and plaster, there's a subtlety to the exterior, which does well to blend with the hillside surroundings.

A handcrafted, solid oak staircase leads upstairs, where 22mm American White Oak flooring adds a touch of pure opulence. Black granite adorns the worktops in both the kitchen and walk-in pantry, while Fisher and Paykel appliances, supplied by Kitchen Things, make entertaining a breeze.
Internal speakers supplied by The Listening Post feature throughout the home, with the cinema room intended as the central entertainment venue.
A fully ducted heat pump system, supplied by Beatties, ensures there are no compromises when it comes to warmth.
