CFMEU Headquarters Membership: A thoughtfully designed space fostering connection and pride among members, featuring a robust palette of industrial materials, completed in early 2021 with a project area of 1,000 m2.
Designed during early 2020 the concept was to create spaces that its members can connect with, to feel proud of, and to celebrate their unions proud history.
The limited palette and choice of concrete, heat-treated and waxed steel, rusted steel, and other tactile industrial materials provides a robust connection with the ethos of its members and creates a strong sense of ownership as the members experience it.
