On the outskirts of Auckland, the Chorley Avenue Development exhibits both an affordable solution with a distinct design.
For this project, we were inspired by the natural environment, prominent views and site constraints. The site slope with an emphasis on an affordable solution played a vital role in creating the silhouette for this design. We believe this design will give it a unique and enjoyable experience for future residents.
The materials that will be used in this project are stained board and batten, and horizontal painted weatherboards, this will give the development a rustic ambiance.
