This home is the second we have built our Clients, the first was a state of the art home on Waikanae Beach complete with a curved roof and concrete walls (see Christison #1 Project).
Due to the coastal nature of that property, our Clients decided it was better to move inland where they could enjoy the Garden Life a bit more and also increase the performance of their home.
The result; this stunning architectural designed home with so many amazing features; curved ply ceilings, cedar cladding, top of the line kitchen appliances, imported German windows and a subtle yet impressive internal plastered feature wall to add texture... but that’s not all, have a look at that ensuite!
This home, with the help of the designer Energy Architecture NZ, Pro Clima New Zealand and our amazing builders, achieved an outstanding result of 0.27 air changes per hour. Pending Certification this will be the best result in New Zealand to date.
