Cirillo Reserve Sports Complex is a new sport and recreational precinct which is home to the Southern Districts Soccer Football Association (SDSFA), as well as being available for the general community of Middleton Grange and surrounding communities.

The sporting fields will be shared by sporting clubs, schools, and members of the public aimed at healthy and active lifestyles and specifically catering and promoting female sports participation and development within the community.

As principal contractor, Glascott Landscape & Civil was responsible for the complete project delivery, which entailed site-wide remediation of 3.5 hectares, stormwater infrastructure, service utilities, building construction, a vast array of civil construction, and finished structural and soft landscaping works, surrounding two new soccer fields.

The project presented challenges across each phase of the build, which required our team to be adaptive and proactive across the works being performed. The project team encompassed a reliable and collaborative approach whilst also providing invaluable design and constructability advice during the course of the project, helping to ensure successful project outcomes.

Effective working relationships were also developed with our client Liverpool City Council and lead design consultant ACOR Consultants Pty Ltd.

We appreciate and thank all our specialist subcontractors and reputable suppliers who were responsive, resourceful, and contributed significantly to the successful delivery of the project.

Glascott Landscape and Civil are incredibly proud to have been given the opportunity by Liverpool City Council to deliver this world-class sports complex and recreational space in Middleton Grange.

OUR STORY

Small beginnings and big dreams. That’s how our founder Matthew Glascott started The Glascott Group. His vision for the business was a reflection of his love of the land.

Matthew comes from a long line of farmers and graziers. His country-born and bred parents instilled in him a passion for plants, trees, and responsible management of the land.

Matthew’s dad, Joseph Glascott, was the first Environment Writer for Sydney Morning Herald and reported on Australia’s biggest environmental issues in the 1970s & 1980s.

Matthew is passionate about the environment and dedicated to his vision of creating quality open spaces that leave a lasting legacy.

At ArchiPro we recognise and acknowledge the existing, original and ancient connection Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have to the lands and waterways across the Australian continent. We pay our respects to the elders past and present. We commit to working together to build a prosperous and inclusive Australia.
