A beautifully renovated 110-year-old villa in Kingsland featuring a bespoke kitchen, new bathrooms, and meticulous attention to detail, providing enduring comfort and style for years to come.

Nestled in the heart of Kingsland is villa with x-factor. A bespoke kitchen with generous proportions forms the hub of the family space. Completely renovated from roof to foundations this 110 year old villa has many more years of shelter and comfort to offer. New bathrooms, laundry and attention to every detail was considered.

This stylish floor to ceiling tiled bathroom was a welcomed addition second bathroom and combined laundry to this family's villa

A new kitchen in the extension of this villa was the perfect location sitting on the south east side of the home. Bathed in morning light and views into the subtropical garden even standing at the sink is enjoyable!

Thinking a little outside the box when accessorising the drinks cabinet

“I had the pleasure of working with Karen Candy for my home Interiors, purchasing a Sideboard and more recently a Rug for underneath my dinning room table. Her ideas and reasons behind them and why they worked were so valued. Karen always listened and was so prompt with her service. Her depth of knowledge, creative flair & attention to detail, enabled me to achieve the desired outcome. I am so thrilled ! Thank you Karen”
