Designed with the busy family in mind, this early 1900s villa has been reimagined through an ambitious full renovation. Expansive, open living spaces invite both vibrant gatherings and peaceful respite. Each room has been elevated to a realm of functional sophistication and aesthetic delight, featuring a soothing palette of natural timber flooring, warm brass accents, and just a whisper of colour. As seen in NZ House and Garden magazine - April 2025.

“Philippa says that the key to a good build is planning - lots of it. She also advises that bringing interior designer Mary-Ellen Hinton from Hello Saturday Interior Design on early in the piece saved lots of mistakes along the way. Mary-Ellen most definitely saved them considerable costs with her trade discounts and offered great advice along the way.”
