The Caulfield to Dandenong Level Crossing Removal was a major State Government infrastructure project aimed at reducing congestion and creating open space. Sections of Melbourne’s busiest level rail corridor were removed with elevated train lines and stations created, and linear parks constructed underneath the viaduct.

Glascott helped to deliver the Clayton Road linear park. We worked across three areas of the project to construct sports courts, a skate park, a playground, and an outdoor gym. The new park provides quality open space for the community with passive and active recreation opportunities.

OUR STORY

Small beginnings and big dreams. That’s how our founder Matthew Glascott started The Glascott Group. His vision for the business was a reflection of his love of the land.

Matthew comes from a long line of farmers and graziers. His country-born and bred parents instilled in him a passion for plants, trees, and responsible management of the land.

Matthew’s dad, Joseph Glascott, was the first Environment Writer for Sydney Morning Herald and reported on Australia’s biggest environmental issues in the 1970s & 1980s.

Matthew is passionate about the environment and dedicated to his vision of creating quality open spaces that leave a lasting legacy.

At ArchiPro we recognise and acknowledge the existing, original and ancient connection Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have to the lands and waterways across the Australian continent. We pay our respects to the elders past and present. We commit to working together to build a prosperous and inclusive Australia.
