Perth CBD | 5000 sqm

Clough is a pioneering engineering and construction company established in 1919 in Perth, Western Australia. It provides services to the infrastructure, resource and energy industries and has offices located globally, with Perth its HQ. Rezen was engaged to design its new three-level workplace inside the QV1 building at 250 St Georges Terrace, Perth.

After extensive research and briefing sessions, a rational workplace with techtonic and functional interventions was developed which is reflective of Clough’s character and culture. Critical to the success of the project was the integration of an inter-tenancy stair, centrally placed to encourage and foster connection and communication.

In addition, Clough’s traditional workplace model included requirements for offices, workstations, internal meeting and collaborative spaces. A modular approach was taken to the design to ensure future flexibility and sustainability of the workplace model.

About the
Professional

An award-winning boutique practice, Rezen is a place where ideas are nurtured, and high-quality built environments are designed. Our focus is on creating enriching environments that positively contribute to wellbeing. We believe that order and systems underpin beauty, and in creating calm and considered environments that generate, rather than reduce.

With decades of experience across commercial and residential interiors and architecture, our team brings creative energy, personalised service, experience and vision to all of our projects.

We are passionate about designing for people and believe the journey is as important as the outcome. We love getting to know our clients, spending time in conversation and holding space for design to intuitively unfold. We aim for authentic expressions of the places that exist and the people who design, build and inhabit them. Our philosophy, both in a design and operational sense, is that of integrity.

At ArchiPro we recognise and acknowledge the existing, original and ancient connection Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have to the lands and waterways across the Australian continent. We pay our respects to the elders past and present. We commit to working together to build a prosperous and inclusive Australia.
