The first stage of houses and state-of-the-art care facility are now complete and available for occupation. ‍ BMC are currently building 16 houses throughout this development with a further 170 houses yet to be constructed. ‍ We have a team of 5 capable staff in the Nelson region, and a great nationwide sub-contractor and supplier base to ensure deadlines are met. We work closely alongside Qestrals civil contractors to ensure a closely coordinated work programme and consistent health and safety practices.
