Many homes built in 90’s have subsequently needed rebuilding because of a combination of poor materials, poor design and poor workmanship. Artisan has worked with a number of clients through the often difficult process of resolving “weather tightness” issues to order to secure the value of their home. Our approach has been to work professionally and sensitively with all the parties concerned to ensure a robust outcome. We have persistently resolved the construction issues, participated in the legal processes when required to, provided the appropriate documentation and collaborated with Council Officers and Building Surveyors to ensure not only finality but enhancement of the original building.
