Good Eastern Tap House and Anytime Fitness

The corner of Tarawera and Te Ngae Roads in Rotorua has been home to a building that started life as a service station, then a car yard and then a whole swag of struggling businesses.  DCA’s sustainability approach means designing effective spaces for now and for the future.  Pivotal to the idea, was a bar/café that was mountain biker friendly.  Situated on the doorstep of the Whakarewarewa Forest trail network, there was an audience to be captured.

The development included Anytime Fitness Gym after expanding from their previous premises.
