Earlier this year, we announced our exciting partnership with not-for-profit children’s charity, Cottage by the Sea. We’re thrilled to announce that the stunning home is now open for inspections ahead of the auction in early 2022 where 100 percent of proceeds raised will go to the Cottage by the Sea Charity.⁠

'We have been offering tailored camp programs for children in need for over 130 years, and the funds raised at auction will allow us to continue this mission and expand our Riptide building for camps and respite holidays in 2022,' says CEO of Cottage by the Sea, Adam Wake.⁠

Created in partnership with Boutique Homes, the home is located within the highly sought-after Point Estate. Set to attract families who are looking for a serene seaside lifestyle or luxurious holiday home, the 32 square abode features the new architecturally-inspired Flinders façade equipped with a 38mm rib Snaplock panel style roof in our UniCote® Off White.⁠
