By Stuart and Pierce Constructions
This architecturally designed, two-storey Cronulla home in a new and highly sought-after beachside suburb simply oozes luxury, innovative design and outstanding quality.
Feature concrete columns and structural steel provide extra support for the reinforced concrete floors, roofs and clerestories. Taking the coastal location into consideration, Stuart & Pierce fortified the concrete with waterproofing additives to protect it from future environmental impacts. A large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor opens onto a spacious outdoor area featuring an elevated pool with 180-degree views of Cronulla beach. A movie room, guest bedroom, laundry and oversized garage complete the vision. Three spacious bedrooms and a master bedroom, all with walk-in robes and ensuites make up part of the first floor. It’s completed with a second spacious living area and study which opens onto balconies with expansive coastal views. But perhaps the property’s best feature is the stepped roof detail with its sharp lines. Stuart & Pierce were able to fully realise the architect’s vision through the use of large external skylights and clerestory windows, allowing a vast amount of natural light to flood the inside of the home.
