The architectural concept for De Proportion House was dissected from the traditional French architectural residential dwelling. Prior executing the design of Proportion House, we have delved in-depth to study the traditional French residential element from proportion to scale, decorative moulding to shapes and history to craft an engaging new dwelling.

We strip our design and brew the façade of scale, proportion, and decorative moulding. The land sits within its biodiversity footprint, shaping its inhabitants to their liking while incorporating them into the natural landscape. We created a lifestyle and wrote a story that invites you to a unique life of tranquillity. This is very evident from the design of the entrance path that brings tranquillity and nature to the residence.
