Project Brief:
Design of new circa $5m community center facilities for the DLALC to be located in Penrith NSW. Provide schematic design and detailed design drawings while being heavily engaged in ongoing consultation with all stakeholders including project managers and participation in PCG meetings. Complete design including interior fitout undertaken by W+P which include offices, conference facilities and multi function spaces which can be adapted for use as open office space, gallery or meeting space.

Inspired by the bucolic history of this great southern land, many of the current designs involve a pallet that is rich in Australian character. Colorbond cladding and Corten are often used which give rise to the Architectural Shed style of design, being sympathetic to the natural landscape in the environments for which they are designed.
