Our vision for our Passiflora project was to design and build a light filled, modern Entertainer’s home that focused on the design elements of space, texture and colour to create a visually stunning and practical home.

Bright white walls allow sunlight from large windows and skylights to bounce off the walls, while the natural and textural elements of the polished concrete floor is complemented by the warm tones of natural blackbutt timber.

An open plan layout allows for easy interaction between family and guests, while also having designated areas to create little sanctuaries as needed.

The alfresco area seamlessly blends with the interior space allowing the outdoor space to be enjoyed and importantly utilised often. Landscaping was considered as part of the build with Magnolia’s taking centre stage and a luxury synthetic grass providing easy backyard maintenance.

As with all our projects, the challenges (and beauty) of the project were in the details. From the heated polished concrete floor, a steel stringer staircase, to the shadow line detailing- every aspect was carefully planned and expertly crafted for maximum effect, while staying modest and true to the home’s purpose.
