We were wanting a top quality house and were lucky enough to meet Bryce Taylor, who was enthusiastic about what we wished to do. We checked out Taylor Projects & Solutions (TPS) with our architect and got a very good review from this source. Bryce was given the opportunity to give us an estimation for the building project. Right from the start we were impressed with his communication skills, prompt action getting this estimation to us and replying to our many questions. From the beginning of the construction Bryce kept us fully informed of what was happening on the site. We also had weekly (sometimes more often) on site meetings with either him or his foreman. We were also included in subcontractor meetings. And more to the point, we were kept informed about subcontractor quotes, price increases and delays with building materials. The building team (whether fully qualified or apprentices) were well trained, polite and informative. It was great to see the building progress in its many stages. We have been residing in the house for four months and it is a joy to be living in such a well constructed home. They listened to our own suggestions throughout the project and implemented these ideas if they were feasible. TPS have exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend them.
