From the original character filled villa through to the contemporary open plan extension, the home blends the more classic oak flooring and subway tiles with luxurious honed Italian marble and brass fittings. Full height ceilings through to the extension blend the spaces together.

Kitchen
​The kitchen is sleek and elegant with seamless Corian benchtops, satin brass detailing and handleless drawer fronts. The honed marble splashback adds character and ‘art’ to the otherwise, minimalist space. Maximising functional spaces and storage requirements the laundry and scullery are combined, creating large open workspaces.​ A touch of brass to the lower open shelf references back into the kitchen detailing, while subway tiles follow the style of bathrooms.
